RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It’s very important to us that you’re happy with the jewelry you buy from us. If  you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, you can exchange an item or return it and receive store or website credit up to 14 business days from the purchase date. You must return it in its original package and it must be unused, flawless and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued, minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs, after we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition.

As per Israeli law, If the item you purchased costs more than 850$, we will not be able to refund your money but you will receive store/website credit. 

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that return shipping for international orders is the customers responsibility and is not covered by DCJ.

If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, we will not be able to refund or exchange the item.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelling a transaction is only possible up to two business days from the purchase date. 

Deposits given for custom made jewelry or engagement rings,are non refundable, due to the work invested in stone searching and customization.
